High-performing Team Advanced Training Program

Overview

This training program is highly interactive, effective and enjoyable way to build trust, reduce conflict, increase effectiveness and improve atmosphere in any team. At the training, each participant will get personalized 40+ pages TTI Success Insights® report (includes: DISC® behavioural assessment and Driving Forces™ assessment ) and will practice applying gained knowledge in their day-to-day teamwork. In addition to the individual assessments, Behavioral Team Report will be generated and analysed.

This training program will allow your team to capitalize on its diverse strengths and transform its potential into higher productivity and better results.

Benefits

The design of this Program is perfectly suited for quick, high-impact learning and positive change in the team’s effectiveness. Once your team learns to speak DISC® language and get insights into each other’s WHY, you will be able to move forward with your goals more efficiently and get better results.

At the second part of the Program, Behavioral Team Report will be generated based on the results of all personal assessments. Followed by the facilitated process, the report will give insights into the structure of the team, its strengths and possible limitations, the origin of conflicts and inefficiencies.

At the end of the Program, the team will develop a clear and feasible action plan to transform its potential into higher productivity and better results.
