This training program is highly interactive, effective and enjoyable way to build trust, reduce conflict, increase effectiveness and improve atmosphere in any team. At the training, each participant will get personalized 40+ pages

) and will practice applying gained knowledge in their day-to-day teamwork. In addition to the individual assessments,

will be generated and analysed.

At the end of the Program, the team will develop a clear and feasible action plan to transform its potential into higher productivity and better results.
